Kyly Clarke sets sights on Hollywood in bold career pivot at 43

Kyly Clarke is ready to rewrite her story on the global stage. The former TV presenter, model, and businesswoman has announced a surprising return to acting, decades after her first childhood commercial gig.

At 43, Kyly is embracing what she dubs her ‘Kyly 2.50’ era, symbolising reinvention, resilience, and a fresh creative chapter.

Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph, Kyly revealed she’s now signed with top-tier agency Chic Talent Management and is open to roles across both Australian and international film and TV productions.

“I would love to appear in a feature film,” she said. “It would be great to work on the set of NCIS: Sydney — or even those Christmas movies out of Canada.”

The mother of one, who co-parents 10-year-old Kelsey Lee with ex-husband and former cricket captain Michael Clarke, said she spent recent years focused on parenting and personal growth. “I’ve put Kelsey Lee first,” Kyly admitted. “But now feels like the right time to follow my passion.”

In addition to acting, Kyly has also explored careers in modeling, dance, property development, and most recently, art. Her creative journey as a painter has gained momentum, with her work exhibited at The Other Art Fair in Sydney. She described the process as deeply healing and transformative, saying, “It shuts out the outside world… that is really special.”
