Hollywood has its fair share of billionaires — Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, and of course, Taylor Swift, are all on that list, according to Forbes. But there might be a new name joining that elite club.
Jennifer Garner is taking her organic baby food company, Once Upon a Farm, public, according to Reuters. The filing for an initial public offering (IPO) was done confidentially in New York, but a source told the media outlet that it might happen as soon as this year — and her company could be worth “about $1 billion.”

Once Upon a Farm was founded by Cassandra Curtis and Ari Raz in 2015, but the business really started taking off when the 52-year-old actress joined the company in 2017.
“As [CEO] John [Foraker], Cassandra and I, along with the entire Once Upon a Farm team, have built this company, we’ve always had big ambitions, chief among them to bring healthy, nutritious food to kids everywhere,” Garner told Food Processing in October 2024. “Once I started working for Once Upon a Farm, I loved the idea of connecting kids to the farm early on. And so here we are, connecting kids to the farm and it gets to be my family’s farm that’s been with us since 1936.”
This newfound wealth could put Garner into the stratosphere with other wealthy celebrities like Kardashian and Swift. Forbes noted that most of the celebrity billionaires on their April 2025 list reached that milestone “in the last decade” because “the economics of their industries have been shifting.” Garner’s passion for accessible childhood nutrition through her work with Save the Children paved her path to Once Upon a Farm — and possibly a billion-dollar company.
From her humble beginnings as a guest star on Felicity to a possible IPO, Garner’s inclusion in the billionaires’ club is inspiring.
