Aaliyah Kashyap, daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, has given fans a glimpse of her honeymoon moments with her husband, Shane Gregoire.
The newlywed couple, who married on December 11 surrounded by close friends and family, are currently enjoying their honeymoon in the Maldives. On Tuesday, Aaliyah shared a series of stunning photos and videos from the tropical getaway. Though she didn’t include a caption, the pictures clearly convey the fun and joy the couple is experiencing.
In the first photo, Aaliyah is seen wearing an off-shoulder dress, gazing directly into the camera. The second shot shows Aaliyah and Shane holding hands as they stroll along the beach. Additionally, Aaliyah posted solo images of herself posing in bikinis, capturing the essence of her beach vacation.
Meanwhile, Anurag Kashyap shared a series of photos from his daughter’s wedding to Shane Gregoire, which also included Aaliyah’s mother, film editor Aarti Bajaj. The pictures featured Anurag and Aarti participating in the wedding rituals, with several shots showing the family, including the newlyweds, smiling together.
In his post, Anurag Kashyap humorously captioned the photos, “Ye bhi gayi (This one is also gone)… @shanegregoire my silly, take care of her. And I will get back to my stubborn self. Thank you @artb and @rheadewan for making it happen so beautifully. Thank you everyone for coming.”
The filmmaker also shared a heartfelt message, recalling a special father-daughter outing they had before the wedding. The two enjoyed watching the film I Want To Talk, directed by Shoojit Sircar and starring Abhishek Bachchan.
Aaliyah and Shane hosted a star-studded wedding reception, attended by notable celebrities including Naga Chaitanya, Sobhita Dhulipala, Abhishek Bachchan with his nephew Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Bobby Deol.
The couple, who initially met on a dating app, got engaged in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai last year. They shared their engagement news with their followers on Instagram in May 2023.
