From South Indian to Banarasi, here are the restaurants from different cities of India that were a part of the Ambani wedding celebrations.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant recently celebrated their wedding in Mumbai on July 12, drawing attention not just for the star-studded guest list and extravagant jewels, but notably for the culinary delights. The Ambani family treated their guests to a lavish feast featuring over 2500 dishes from around the world, alongside offerings from renowned Indian eateries.

In Mumbai, the city of their residence, the Ambani’s showcased dishes from their favorite local spots. Bombay Sweet Shop delighted guests with treats like bhel chikki and fudge barks, while Cafe Mysore, a beloved haunt of Mukesh Ambani, served authentic South Indian delicacies. Dum Pukht from ITC Maurya and Mahim’s Sivako bakery also contributed to the grand spread.

From Bengaluru, Rajnikanth and his family were captured enjoying food from Rameshwaram Cafe, offering specialties such as rasam vada and filter coffee. Lavonne and Chinita, other prominent names in Bengaluru’s food scene, catered for the pre-wedding festivities.

Varanasi’s renowned Kashi Chaat Bhandar, a favorite of Nita Ambani during her visit to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, brought its famous palak patta chaat to the wedding. Ramchandra Chaurasia Tambul Bhandar added Banarasi paan to the menu, adding to the regional flavors.

Goa’s chef Avinash Martins, known for his expertise in Goan and Portuguese cuisines at Cavantina, curated a menu featuring dishes like tender coconut carpaccio and mushroom xacuti, showcasing indigenous ingredients.

From New Delhi, Indian Accent, famed for its innovative blend of Indian flavors with global culinary techniques, offered a sophisticated dining experience to the wedding guests.

In summary, the Ambani wedding was not just a celebration of union but also a culinary journey across India, showcasing the country’s rich and diverse gastronomic heritage.
