The Ambani family presented a spread of over 100 options for the visiting media to enjoy.

The recent Ambani wedding has captivated global attention, with much focus on fashion choices and culinary delights. Times Now provided an exclusive glimpse into the feast held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai. The Ambani family treated guests to a lavish spread featuring over 100 dishes across three days. Highlights included Benarasi Paan stalls, chaat counters, and various other staples.

Known for their non-alcoholic preferences, the Ambani’s offered a diverse beverage selection such as coconut water, Raw Pressery juices, and Campa Cola. The event paid homage to Varanasi with specialties like rabri lassi and traditional chaats like Saffron Cream Bada and Agra Aloo Tikiya. The main courses catered to diverse tastes, with Asian delights curated by AMADEO by Oberoi, including Mapo Tofu and Massaman Curry, and Italian treats like Ravioli Fel Barone and Asparagus Risotto.

Indian flavors shone through with a Kashmiri Wazwan station featuring dishes like Haakh and Dum Aloo, while Maharashtra contributed Thalipeeth and Puneri Aloo. Gujarati cuisine was also prominent with offerings ranging from Sitafal Halwa to Surti Dal. Sweets were a centerpiece, featuring Bombay Sweet Shop delights and healthier options like dry fruits. Traditional desserts like Kulfi and international treats such as Triple Layer Mousse and Red Velvet Cake rounded out the menu.

To cleanse the palate, guests could visit the Mukhwas stall or enjoy traditional Varanasi Paan. The wedding, spanning eight months, culminated in Mumbai as an extravagant celebration, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
