Shifting gears to their professional lives, Anushka Sharma was last seen on the big screen in the 2018 film “Zero,” where she starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She made a cameo appearance in 2022’s “Qala.” Anushka is set to make a comeback after a five-year hiatus with “Chakda Xpress,” directed by Prosit Roy. This highly anticipated film, which also stars Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Renuka Shahane, Anshul Chauhan, Koushik Sen, and Mahesh Thakur, is a biopic based on former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. While the film was slated for a 2023 release on Netflix, the official date has yet to be announced.
